Where personal information is held and how is it protected

All data is stored on our servers and office computers which are encrypted and password protected via windows authentication. 

Some data is on Google drive as part of g suite and backups are stored on Amazon cloud aws platform, both Google and aws fully comply with GDPR rules and have are protected with encryption and 2 step verification.

We also hold information via third parties through winman and vebra cloud servers. To Coopers knowledge both companies have in depth privacy policies and are both fully GDPR compliant.

Coopers is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. However, while we take reasonable precautions to guard the personal information we collect, no security system is impenetrable.

While no Service is completely secure, Coopers will always take precautionary measures to help prevent information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

 

How long will your personal information be kept
